Hawaiian carries more passengers in December

Hawaiian Airlines transported 720,386 passengers in December, 2.8% more than during the same month one year earlier.



For the month, the carrier's load factor rose .9% year over year, to 84.5%.

During all of 2010, Hawaiian transported more than 8.4 million passengers, an increase of 1% vs. 2009. The airline's load factor was 85.5%, or 1.7% better than a year earlier. The company's revenue producing miles, however, grew 6.4% in 2010.
