Hilton Waikoloa Village has a new executive chef overseeing all food and beverage operations in 2019.
Arnaud Masset joined the Hawaii Island property at the end of 2018, and is in charge of key dining outlets at the resort including Kamuela Provision Co., Kona Tap Room, Nui Italian, Lagoon Grill, Boat Landing Cantina and other culinary operations.
Arnaud Masset has joined Hilton Waikoloa Village as the new executive chef.
Masset brings nearly three decades of experience to Hilton Waikoloa Village, most recently serving as executive chef at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Las Vegas. Prior to Red Rock, he served as executive chef at Aureole Fine Dining by Charlie Palmer at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. He trained in France, graduating from the culinary and hospitality school Ferrandi Paris.
