Work on $15 million renovation at the Hotel Wailea on Maui officially wrapped up this month.

The upgrade included an overhaul to each of the properties’ 72 one-bedroom suites along with a refurb at the15-acre property’s pool, which now features new residential-style cabanas and, according to resort officials, “an orchard-to-glass apothecary bar.”

The suite improvements include new cabinetry and wood flooring work along with new Sub-Zero and Wolf Kitchen additions.

Meanwhile, work is now underway on an oceanview treehouse spa facility that will provide guests with a range of private treatments. Officials expect that project to wrap up in the spring.

The Hotel Wailea is commemorating the completion of its suite and pool renovations with a Celebration Package, offering guests a free bottle of Champagne and 20% off the suite accommodations price. The offer must be booked by Dec. 6, 2014, but is good for stays through Dec. 15, 2015.
