Hawaiian Airlines said it transported 737,533 passengers in May, an increase of 7.7% from the same month one year ago, and the carrier’s revenue passenger miles jumped 24.8%.


The airline’s load factor dipped during the month, however, falling 1%, to 84.5%.

Year to date through May, Hawaiian had transported 3,505,640 passengers, up 4.8% from last year, with a load factor of 83.9%, off less than 1% when compared with the same period in 2010.
