Ohana by Hawaiian, the turbo-prop interisland subsidiary of Hawaiian Airlines, is adding new summertime routes to Maui starting in July.

The routes, connecting Kahului, Maui, to both Kona Airport and the Hilo Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii, along with a new flight between Molokai and Kahului, are slated to begin on July 8 and 10.

Ohana will also add another daily Honolulu-to-Molokai flight starting July 8.

“Since launching Ohana by Hawaiian earlier this year, we’ve received overwhelmingly positive response and robust demand for more service between the islands to connect our communities,” Hadden Watt, Ohana by Hawaiian managing director, said in a statement.

Ohana operates its daily interisland flights onboard 48-seat ATR-42 aircraft.
