Location and History

This 1920s beaux-arts classic is Baltimore's most historic hotel, a petite version of New York's Waldorf Astoria.

Formerly a Radisson, the hotel was bought in 2014 by the Miami-based Rubell Hotels Group, who injected a sexy vibe that's quite becoming. Think shiny surfaces and generous use of black leather. An affordable price point makes it a good fit for tourists and commercial folk in the middle of the ranks.
