Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, part of Hyatt's Inclusive Collection, plans to open the Bahia Principe Grand Tequila, a 360-room, adults-only, all-inclusive resort on Mexico's Riviera Maya on Dec. 1.
The property will be located within the Bahia Principe resort complex and marks the brand's first Mexico opening since parent Grupo Pinero formed a joint venture with Hyatt. The resort will feature 360 Junior Suite Superior rooms, four restaurants, four bars, a pool with a swim-up bar, a spa, a gym and guest access to the PGA Riviera Maya Golf Club. Additional amenities will include themed events, live entertainment and a cantina-inspired bar. Guests will have exchange privileges with nearby Bahia Principe resorts, providing access to 12 restaurants, 10 bars and other facilities.
Dining options will include an international buffet, a Mexican snack bar, a smoke yard a la carte venue and a Japanese-Peruvian restaurant.
