The Los Cabos Tourism Board and Richard Sandoval, chef and restaurateur of more than 35 restaurants worldwide, updated a culinary partnership and campaign that launched in the wake of Hurricane Odile.

In support of the relief and recovery efforts for the destination, 10% of the proceeds from a special menu inspired by the flavors of Los Cabos and coined “A Taste of Cabo” are being donated to the Los Cabos Children’s Foundation.

Sandoval’s Zengo restaurants in New York; Santa Monica, Calif.; Denver; and Washington feature the special menu through Dec. 31.

Four top chefs from Los Cabos from the resorts of Esperanza, an Auberge Resort, One&Only Palmilla, Las Ventanas al Paraiso and the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort created the dishes.

Guests are encouraged to join in support of Cabo’s recovery by following @LOSCABOSTOURISM on Instagram and posting a photo of any Zengo dish with the hashtag #UNSTOPPABLE.
