Another major step toward the
full recovery of Los Cabos from Hurricane Odile's devastation last fall will come on July 1 when
the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort reopens its doors.

suffered extensive damage from the storm and has undergone a major

Despite being shut down for several months, the resort retained all its employees.
The resort already is booked solid through July 23, according to a hotel
The first room availability
is July 24, and rates start at $209 per room, per night, double, in a deluxe king
with ocean view and balcony.
Rates do not include taxes and service charges: a hefty 16%
federal tax, 3% lodging and 10% service charge.
