Tryp by Wyndham Mexico City opened April 16, marking the entry of the brand into Mexico.
The 48-room Tryp hotel is in the World Trade Center district, within walking distance of shops and restaurants as well as the Polyforum Cultural Siqueiros, the cultural center of the capital city.
Facilities at the property include a top-floor restaurant and bar, free Wifi, complimentary buffet breakfast and a fitness center.
Rates start at $105 per room, per night, double.
Mexico is a major market of focus for Wyndham Hotel Group’s expansion plans in the region, according to Paulo Pena, president and managing director, Latin America and the Caribbean.
The Tryp flag currently flies in 20 hotels in Latin America as part of its portfolio of more than 120 city properties around the world.
