Envi Lodges, a hospitality group specializing in eco-friendly, nature-based stays, will open ENVI Paje on Zanzibar's Paje Beach in June. The launch marks the brand's third property in Tanzania and extends its presence in East Africa.

Situated on the island's south-eastern coast, Envi Paje will offer 22 private villas, built with sustainable materials and incorporating local craftsmanship. Each villa includes a private terrace, with some offering semi-outdoor pools and direct views of the Indian Ocean.

The property will focus on wellness-oriented experiences, providing guests with activities such as beachfront yoga, spa treatments, and healthy dining options. A dedicated mixology bar and opportunities for water sports, including kitesurfing, for which Paje Beach is known, will also be available. The retreat will offer curated experiences for travelers interested in exploring Zanzibar's culture and natural environment.

Envi Lodges says the opening supports its commitment to sustainability and local engagement, with the lodge sourcing from and partnering with Zanzibar-based artisans and suppliers.

Bookings are now open for stays from June 1. For more information, visit envilodges.com/paje.
