The destination management company Bushtracks Africa launched Stimela Trackside Dining, offering fine dining aboard a stationary, restored vintage train carriage in Victoria Falls. The restaurant serves a three-course dinner inspired by local flavors.

Open for dinner on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, the new restaurant complements Bushtracks Africa's existing rail dining experiences, which include moving train journeys to Victoria Falls Bridge. The Bushtracks Express operates on Tuesdays and Fridays on the Zimbabwe side, while the Royal Livingstone Express runs Wednesdays and Saturdays on the Zambia side, both featuring sunset stops at the bridge.

Reservations are recommended due to limited seating capacity.
