Lodge opens adjacent to South Africa's Kruger National Park

The Thornybush Collection has opened the doors of its newest luxury tented camp, Saseka Tented Camp, situated in the Big Five Thornybush Nature Reserve adjacent to the Kruger National Park.

Saseka is the Tsonga word for "beautiful," and if guests are lucky, they might spot a female leopard who goes by the same name. The camp features eight luxury tents sleeping two people each and a larger Leadwood Villa, which accommodates four adults in two tents with a central entertainment area, perfect for small groups or a family. Each tent has its own private plunge pool and deck.

African Travel has featured this new lodge in one of its latest itineraries, Incredible South Africa in Ultimate Luxury. Travelers who book this itinerary by July 31 for travel ending by Dec. 4 will receive a complimentary visit to the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa in Cape Town, a Cape Peninsula tour and a Cape Winelands tour.

The journey begins in Cape Town at the five-star Silo Hotel located in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. From Cape Town, the journey continues to the Cape winelands and onward to the brand new, luxurious Saseka Tented Camp set within the 54-square-mile Thornybush Nature Reserve.
