Circa Resort & Casino's rooftop lounge and 777-room tower opened last month, completing the downtown property's construction.

Legacy Club, an upscale, 8,400-square-foot, indoor-outdoor lounge on the tower's 60th floor, features 360-degree views and Vegas spins on classic cocktails.

Sure to be an Instagram magnet is a display of 1,000 ounces of pure gold in Circa-branded bars. A ticker shows their combined value based on the current price of the precious metal. The entry also showcases metal busts of Vegas hotel and casino legends, including Jackie Gaughan, Benny Binion, Kirk Kerkorian, Sam Boyd, Steve Wynn, Barron Hilton and Howard Hughes.

Fire pit seating as well as couches and banquettes will be available on the outdoor terrace. Guests can book one of Legacy Club's Sunset Packages, a special seating area on the balcony.

Hours are 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sundays through Wednesdays and 2 p.m. to 4 a.m. Thursdays through Sundays. Make reservations at CircaLasVegas.com.

Rooms in the 458-foot tower, the largest in downtown Las Vegas, have views of the Strip, the resort's Stadium Swim aquatic amphitheater and the surrounding mountains. They boast an art deco aesthetic, a refrigerator, a tablet for booking reservations for dining and other amenities at the resort and a control panel for the room's light settings. Select rooms incorporate built-in Inova beds, which can be pulled down from the wall to transform the living space.

Bunk Bed Suites are available in 713-square-foot and 1,362-square-foot versions. They include living rooms with a wet bar and refrigerator, a charger port for each bed, a dining area and couches with views of the skyline. They feature larger bathrooms and two bunk beds to sleep four people.

Six Founders Suites average 1,831 square feet. The two-bedroom suites include a bar with its own refrigerator and TV next to floor-to-ceiling windows, a space for entertaining, a second TV and an electric fireplace. Art installations, upgraded finishes, a signature scent and separate powder room are also featured.

The resort accommodates only guests 21 years and older.
