The 148-room Parrot Key Hotel & Villas in Key West is now open following a $25 million renovation. The property is located on the popular south end of Key West, within walking distance of Duval Street and the island's Old Town area.

All guestrooms were refreshed during the renovation, and as part of the refresh, the hotel has added a Waterfront Experience room category, which applies to 34 of the units. This category includes exclusive amenities like one-hour early check-in and late checkout service and a branded beach bag filled with items like flip-flops, sunscreen, towels, yoga mats, sand pails and shovels and bottled water. Waterfront Experience guests in this room category will also have two reserved lounge chairs on the beach. In the evening, guests can take advantage of ice delivery, robes, pillow mist and an overnight facial mask.

Additionally, Parrot Key has opened a new signature restaurant, the Grove Kitchen & Bar. The locally inspired menu changes regularly, and the welcome drink served to guests upon check-in comes from the Grove's new cocktail menu at the Tortuga Bar. Guests dining at the Grove Kitchen & Bar can enjoy ceviche, burgers, chips with dip and an array of sandwiches.

Rates at the Parrot Key Hotel & Villas start at $299 per night.
