On March 12 boxing will find a new home in Las Vegas, outside under the lights at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center.

That evening will mark the kickoff of Knockout Night at the D, a monthly boxing series presented by the D Las Vegas hotel and casino, Neon Star Media and Roy Englebrecht Promotions. Held under a 20,000-square-foot tent, the premiere fight card will include former welterweight world champion Zab “Super” Judah vs. Josh “Pitbull” Torres and Las Vegan Chuy “El Huracan” Gutierrez vs. Leon Spinks III, grandson of the heavyweight great.

Zab Judah and Josh Torres will headline the premiere fight card for the D's new outdoor monthly boxing series.

"We're thrilled that the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center is going to showcase outdoor boxing and play a role in bringing it back to Las Vegas," said Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman via press release.

The series, currently scheduled for eight events, will also be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network with Al Bernstein, Jim "JR" Ross and Kevin Kelley on the broadcast team.

Tickets start at $20, and ringside seats are available for $65. For more information, visit http://dlvec.com.
