The higher-speed rail line, Virgin Trains USA, formerly Brightline, has announced the return of the popular holiday train ride experience based on the "Polar Express" book and film. There will be departures from the Miami and Fort Lauderdale stations from Nov. 16 through Dec. 29.

The 60-minute ride will take guests on a journey to the North Pole, with plenty of surprises along the way. The ride is set to the original motion picture soundtrack. Guests will punch "golden tickets" upon entering the train, and they can enjoy hot chocolate and cookies served by dancing chefs. Passengers will then read along with the classic children's book as Santa and his helpers board the train to greet passengers and give them the first gifts of the Christmas season. Guests are encouraged to wear pajamas for the ride.

Tickets are already on sale, and prices range from $50 to $75, depending on the date, time and location of departure.
