Keytours has launched a European river cruise program for 2014 for which the company is bundling Luftner river cruises together with pre- and post-cruise city stays and transfers.
An example of a Keytours river cruise package is a nine-day itinerary from Amsterdam to Zurich, which includes an eight-day cruise from Amsterdam to Basel, a train ticket from Basel to Zurich and a one-night hotel stay in Zurich, starting at $1,695 per person, not including airfare.
Additionally, a 10-day Danube River and Prague itinerary that starts with a two-night stay in Prague including a city tour, followed by a seven-night Danube River cruise, starting at $2,199 per person, not including airfare.
The Fairfax, Va.-based tour operator has blocked space on numerous departures on river cruise vessels owned by the Austrian shipping company Luftner Cruises, including the Amadeus Brilliant, Amadeus Elegant, Amadeus Silver, Amadeus Symphony, Amadeus Princess, Amadeus Diamond and Amadeus Royal.
Keytours is offering some 10 new river cruise-tour itineraries for 2014 along the Rhine, Main and Danube river systems, as well as in France.
