Scenic Group will add three river ships to its fleet in the coming years, growing its capacity in Europe and Asia.

The company has two brands: Emerald Cruises & Tours and Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours. Emerald will add one ship while Scenic will add two.

The Emerald Nova, a Star-Ship, will launch in June 2027 on the Douro River, joining the Emerald Radiance. The new vessel will operate an 11-day itinerary, introducing a longer Portugal cruise.

Scenic will also launch a Douro ship: the Scenic Aria. The Space-Ship will operate an 11-day and eight-day itinerary. The vessel will begin cruising in September 2027.

Due to growing demand in Asia, Scenic will add the Scenic Spirit II on the Mekong in early 2028.

Glen Moroney, the chairman and founder of Scenic Group, said the trio of new ships reflects the company's "confidence in the strong demand for our unique approach to luxury cruising."
