Cayman Airways will relaunch its route from Dallas/Fort Worth to Grand Cayman on May 23.
The twice-weekly, year-round service originally was slated to start on April 10 but was pushed back "to adjust capacity to forecasted demand," according to an airline official.
Introductory roundtrip fares, valid for travel through June 30, start at $399, including taxes and fees. The first two checked bags are free, and complimentary lunch and beverages are served in economy class.
The carrier launched the route in 2012 on a seasonal basis, operating weekly in the summer months. The year-round service will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Cayman Airways' U.S. gateways include Chicago O'Hare, Miami, New York Kennedy, Tampa and Washington Dulles.
