Delta scraps health insurance surcharge for unvaccinated workers

Delta Air Lines has done away with its $200 monthly health insurance surcharge for unvaccinated employees. 

"We really do believe that the pandemic has moved to a seasonal virus," Delta CEO Ed Bastian said during the airline's Q1 earnings call on Wednesday.

Delta imposed the fee from November through March to spur vaccinations among employees.
