Delta will resume serving beer and wine on domestic flights on July 2.

The carrier will offer the beverages to first class and Comfort Plus customers in cans and single-serve bottles. Four beer selections and a red and white wine selection will be available.

“These selections are the first step towards a normalized beverage offering while we continue to keep customer and crew safety at the center of everything we do,” said Allison Ausband, Delta’s senior vice president of in-flight service, said.

Delta suspended alcohol service on domestic flights in March as a Covid-19 precaution.
