Lufthansa unveiled a new lounge at Boston Logan this week.

Located on the top floor of the airport's Terminal E, the lounge is 6,400 square feet, which is nearly twice as large as Lufthansa's previous Logan lounge. It seats up to 162 people and offers views of the Boston waterfront.

The lounge is open to Lufthansa's business and first-class customers, as well as to those who have elite mileage status. Premium passengers and status members of other Star Alliance airlines that fly out of Boston, including Turkish and SAS, can also use the facility.

Among the lounge's offerings are a buffet, a staffed bar and living room and dining room zones.

Lufthansa flies five times per day from Boston during the peak season.
