Southwest Airlines on Jan. 7 will eliminate 12 nonstop routes, including four from Philadelphia (Jacksonville, Fla.; Manchester, N.H.; Providence, R.I.; and Pittsburgh). Southwest will fly to 15 cities from Philadelphia after cutting the four routes.
Three destinations from Seattle will also be cut (Kansas City, Spokane, Wash., and Boise, Idaho). In addition to Seattle, Boise will lose Southwest service to Reno and Salt Lake City.
Also on Jan. 7, Southwest will add nonstop service in two markets: Denver-Providence and Milwaukee-Fort Lauderdale.
