Virgin Atlantic will launch London Heathrow-Tampa service on Nov. 3.
The year-round service will initially operate four times per week, but it will increase to daily on Nov. 28.
Virgin Atlantic will be the lone carrier connecting Heathrow with Tampa, but the service will compete again British Airways' up to twice-daily flights between London Gatwick and Tampa.
Tampa will be Virgin's third Florida gateway, joining Orlando and Miami.
Tickets will be on sale beginning July 13.
