AMResorts has broken ground on the Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlan, a $70 million-plus beachfront resort located just south of Mazatlan on Mexico's Pacific coast.
Scheduled to open in December 2022, the all-inclusive property will be part of the 900-acre Estrella del Mar gated community, which is also home to an 18-hole golf course and the John Jacobs Golf School.
