AccorHotels has reflagged the Sofitel Miami as a Pullman hotel, its first Pullman in the U.S.

The Pullman Miami Airport, which will complete renovations in January, will add in-room Keurig coffee machines, LED televisions and an updated lobby area. The 281-room hotel will also add a tapas restaurant and a wine bar next year.

Accor CEO Sebastien Bazin, in a June interview with Travel Weekly, said the company would prioritize boosting its presence in North America within the next couple of years.

Accor sold the Motel 6 budget chain to Blackstone Group for $1.9 billion in 2013.
