Accor has unveiled plans for two Raffles properties in Singapore and Bali.

The Raffles Sentosa Resort & Spa Singapore, an all-villa hotel overlooking the South China Sea, is set to open in 2022. The property will feature one- to four-bedroom villas with private pools and terraces as well as amenities like a bar, restaurants, a fitness center and events and meetings space.

It will mark the luxury brand's second property in Singapore, joining the flagship Raffles Singapore, which opened in 1887. The Raffles Singapore is currently closed for renovation and is slated to reopen later this year.

Expected to open in 2020, the Raffles Bali, the brand's first in Bali, will be located in Jimbaran Bay and comprise 32 villas, each with its own private pool. Additional amenities will include outposts of the Writers Bar and Raffles Wellbeing Spa as well as a restaurant.

The two projects join an existing Raffles pipeline that includes the 101-suite Raffles Udaipur, which is scheduled to debut in 2020 as the brand's first property in India, and the 50-suite Raffles Jaipur, slated to open in the capital of India's Rajasthan state by 2022.
