The Nautilus Hotel in Miami Beach has joined the Arlo Hotels
portfolio and is relaunching as the Nautilus by Arlo.
As part of the transition, the 250-room South Beach hotel
will receive a redesign of its lobby and public spaces and the integration of
new co-working areas. The property will open an outpost of Arlo's cafe and
retail concept Bodega, which is open 24/7 and sells coffee and light fare as
well as a selection of souvenirs and gifts. Additional retail and service
venues from Arlo partner brands Priority Bicycles, Blind Barber and Farm to
People are also slated to open.
The new additions will join the hotel's existing amenities,
including Mediterranean restaurant Nautilus Cabana Club, a heated saltwater
pool and underwater sound system, an outdoor dining terrace, a 24-hour fitness
center and 12,000 square feet of outdoor event space.
The Nautilus is Arlo's first location outside of New York
City, where the brand currently operates the Arlo SoHo and Arlo NoMad. Both New
York hotels feature micro-sized guestrooms, making the Nautilus Arlo's only
hotel to have standard-sized accommodations.
