Marriott International will add three European hotels to its Autograph Collection of independent boutique hotels, the first ones in France and Portugal.
The 72-room Fontecruz in Lisbon and the 78-room Hotel De Bourgtheroulde in Rouen, France (about 75 miles northest of Paris) will join the collection this fall. The latter hotel was originally a stone mansion built in the 15th century.
The 72-room Hotel L’Hermitage Gantois in Lille, France, will join the Autograph Collection by the end of the year.
Of the approximately 30 hotels in the Autograph Collection, nine are in Europe, including five in Spain.
