The luxury Baccarat brand plans to open a hotel in Rome in 2025.

The project is a conversion of the Hotel Majestic Roma, which is located along Via Veneto in the city's historic center. The property, which dates back to 1889, will undergo a restoration and reopen under the Baccarat flag with 83 guestrooms.

The hotel will have three dining areas and a main restaurant with a terrace, a cocktail bar, a rooftop bar, a spa and fitness facility and meeting and conference space.

The Baccarat Hotel Rome will join the Baccarat New York, which opened in 2015

The brand also has plans for a second Italy hotel, the Baccarat Hotel Florence, and entry into Saudi Arabia with the Baccarat Hotel Riyadh.
