Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay in Jamaica officially reopened on April 1, following an extensive renovation. Formerly known as the Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay, the adults-only, all-inclusive property announced its membership to the World of Hyatt family hotels in March.

There are several updates that guests can expect across the property. To elevate the arrival experience, the lobby terrace has been significantly extended, and the lobby bar has been redecorated.

The most significant evolution is within the property's culinary program. Headlining the debut is Thali, an Indian restaurant designed to diversify the resort's international palate. This newcomer joins a fully reimagined Jazmín buffet and a modernized Picasso restaurant, rounding out a dining circuit that spans Brazilian, Mediterranean and local Jamaican flavors.

The heart of the five-star resort is its 642 junior suites. Each room features hydro-massage tubs, with premium tiers offering unobstructed Caribbean Sea views. The resort also offers unlimited à la carte dining, premium international liquors, and access to three expansive pools and five distinct restaurants.
