Bass converts three resorts to Inter-Continental brand

NEW YORK -- Bass Hotels & Resorts converted three Parkroyal resorts in French Polynesia to its Inter-Continental brand.

The three hotels -- all owned by Tahiti Beachcomber S.A. -- will be known as the Tahiti Beachcomber Inter-Continental Resort, the Moorea Beachcomber Inter-Continental Resort and the Bora Bora Beachcomber Inter-Continental Resort.

Bass owns the Parkroyal name and said the rebranding necessitated upgrades to the properties. The conversions are part of the company's strategy to boost the Inter-Continental brand in the Oceania region.
