Barbados-based Blue Sky Luxury expanded its villa portfolio to St. Maarten/Martin with the addition of 35 properties scattered on both sides of the Dutch-French island.
The new villas range in size from two to nine bedrooms, are located on hillsides and beachfronts and range from $415 to $10,571 per night.
The new properties include the beachfront three-bedroom Beau Rivage on Baie Rouge with views of Anguilla. Rates start at $1,214 per night.
The two-bedroom Lune de Miel is set on the hillsides of Terres Basses and features a large pool and an open-air shower. Nightly rates start at $543.
Le Chateau des Palmiers, set on five acres on Plum Bay on the French side, was purchased by Donald Trump last fall. The estate features a five-bedroom oceanside villa, a four-bedroom garden-side villa, a putting green, a tennis court and a staff of eight. Nightly rates start at $6,000 for the five bedrooms and $7,571 for nine bedrooms.
Blue Sky Luxury offers Concierge Can client services, which include stocking the refrigerator, orchestrating events, booking island tours and private transfers.
The Blue Sky portfolio now includes more than 250 properties in Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Jamaica, St. Lucia and St. Maarten/Martin.
