Caesars Entertainment and development partner Rock Gaming LLC opened the 122,000-square-foot Horseshoe Casino Baltimore earlier this week.
The casino, which is located less than a mile from both M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards, has more than 2,500 slots and 100 table games and includes nine restaurants, including Guy Fieri's Baltimore Kitchen & Bar and Jack Binion's Steak House.
Caesars and Rock Gaming co-developed Horseshoe-branded casinos in Cleveland and Cincinnati, which opened in 2012 and 2013, respectively.
Caesars continues to redeploy its resources throughout the U.S. The company shut down its 1,300-room Showboat Atlantic City hotel-casino this month and shuttered its 1,356-room Harrah's Tunica in Mississippi in June.
