Penn National Gaming reached an agreement to buy the Harrah’s St. Louis from Caesars Entertainment for $610 million.

Penn will rebrand the property under its Hollywood badge by the end of the year.

Penn National, which operates 26 properties, is buying a hotel-casino that includes 500 rooms, 109,000 square feet of gaming space and parking facilities for more than 4,600 vehicles.

The property is in Maryland Heights, about 20 miles northwest of St. Louis.
