The Disney Skyliner at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando reopened Monday.

The gondola that moves guests between several hotels and the Hollywood Studios and Epcot parks malfunctioned on Oct. 5, stranding guests for hours. It had been closed since then. The Skyliner started operating in September.

Disney said it conducted "a complete review with the manufacturer, we've made adjustments to our processes and training, and we are improving how we communicate with guests during their flight with Disney Skyliner." The company also apologized for the delays earlier this month.

Starting Monday, the Skyliner will be open from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., with some exceptions on Oct. 16 to 18 because of system updates, Disney said.

On Oct. 16, the Disney Hollywood Studios line will be closed. The other two lines will be open from 1 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

On Oct. 17 and 18, all lines will be open from 1 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
