Blue Diamond Hotels & Resorts, a division of Toronto-based Sunwing Travel Group, purchased the former Breezes Trelawny Resort & Spa near Falmouth, Jamaica.
The resort will reopen in November under a new name, Memories White Sands Beach Resort & Spa.
The 349-room resort, owned and managed by SuperClubs since 2002, closed on May 31 with a sale pending.
