The Four Seasons Philadelphia will be deflagged and will become an independent hotel.
Host Hotels & Resorts, which
owns the 364-room hotel, will bring in Sage Hospitality to take over the
property when it starts a multimillion-dollar renovation next June. The
hotel is due to reopen next fall.
The hotel is scheduled to move into the city’s tallest building, the Comcast Innovation and
Technology Center, when it is completed in 2017.
