Grace Bay Resorts in the Turks and Caicos has assumed ownership and management of Point Grace, a 35-suite resort on Grace Bay Beach.

The resort, which is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, will retain the Point Grace name. Grace Bay plans to make Improvements over the next several months.

Point Grace has two restaurants, a spa and water activities and offers several customized off-site excursions for guests.

The portfolio of Grace Bay Resorts currently includes its flagship Grace Bay Club (which opened in 1993 as the first all-suite luxury resort in the destination), West Bay Club and the Private Villa Collection. Still to come is Rock House Resort, set on the north coast of Providenciales with 39 cottages and four hillside homes.
