Hilton has opened its first hotels in Equatorial Guinea and Namibia.

The hotel in Equatorial Guinea’s capital of Malabo has 187 guestrooms and two restaurants. Hilton noted that the oil-producing country is an emerging business destination.

The Hilton in Namibia’s capital of Windhoek has 150 guestrooms, a rooftop pool, three restaurants and two bars, including the rooftop Sky Bar.

Hilton is calling the Windhoek hotel the city’s first five-star property. It anticipates attracting corporate and leisure travelers, noting Namibia’s growing tourism industry.
