Hyatt Hotels Corp. reached agreements for two hotels in Zurich and one in Moscow, two of the world’s most lucrative hotel markets.

Hyatt said the Hyatt Regency Moscow will open in 2015. That property will include 297 rooms as well as 56 luxury apartments.

The hotel is part of a multi-use development in Petrovsky Park, which will include the 45,000-seat Central Stadium Dynamo. That facility will host the 2018 World Cup soccer tournament.

Hyatt has three other Hyatt Regency hotels under development in Russia, including one in Sochi and two in Vladivostok.

A Hyatt Regency and a Hyatt Place will be part of a mixed-use development at Zurich International Airport. The Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport will include 250 rooms as well as 34,000 square feet of public meeting space.

The Hyatt Place Zurich Airport will have 300 rooms as well as a spa, and will provide its guests access to the Hyatt Regency’s meeting rooms. Both hotels are due to open in 2017.

Moscow and Zurich are two of the three most expensive hotel cities in the world, according to an August 2011 report by the Hogg Robinson Group.

Moscow rooms during the first half of 2011 were the world’s priciest, with an average room rate of about $410 a night, while Zurich came in at No. 3 at $350 a night (Geneva was the second most expensive city).
