Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is on track to open the Kimpton Rockefeller Center in March.
The 33-story, newbuild property will be located in midtown Manhattan on 48th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues. The hotel will have 529 guestrooms, two full-service restaurants, a lobby lounge and a rooftop bar.
Additional amenities will include a fitness center and two areas for meetings and events.
The Kimpton Rockefeller Center will join the brand's existing New York properties: the Kimpton Hotel Theta near Times Square; the Kimpton Hotel Eventi in Chelsea; and the Kimpton Ashbel New York-Park Avenue, which is set to open in January.
Kimpton, which has 75 properties worldwide, is part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts brand portfolio.
