Hong Kong-based Langham Hospitality Group intends to broaden its North American hotel inventory by 60% within the next three years by opening hotels in North Central Texas, New Mexico and San Francisco.

The company plans to open the Langham Place Wade Park in Frisco (about 30 miles north of Dallas) in 2018. Developed by Thomas Land & Development, the 250-room hotel will be part of the Wade Park project. A walkway bridge will connect the hotel to an office building and the iPic Theaters.

Also in 2018, Langham will reopen Santa Fe’s historic Bishop’s Lodge as the 139-room Langham Bishop’s Lodge. The property, which sits on 317 acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, will be Langham's first U.S. resort.

In 2019, the company will open Langham Place San Francisco, which will be part of the $4.5 billion Transbay Transit Center under construction in downtown.

Langham operates luxury hotels in Boston, Chicago, New York, Toronto and Pasadena, California.
