In the aftermath of attacks by Islamic terrorists last week, the Oberoi and the Taj Mahal Palace hotels in Mumbai are assessing damage.

In a short period of time, a group of 10 terrorists armed with grenades and assault rifles attacked several soft targets in the city, including the two luxury hotels and the Victoria Terminus train station.

According to published reports, at least 174 people were killed during the 60-hour attack that began on Nov. 26.

Other hotels in Mumbai have reportedly implemented heightened security measures.
