Fitness club operator Equinox has tapped supermodel Naomi
Campbell as the star of its Equinox Hotels campaign.
Created in partnership with director Nick Knight and his
SHOWstudio production platform, the campaign centers on a short film that
features Campbell in a small, mirrored room. The film is divided into three
parts, with the first intended to showcase Equinox's commitment to fitness, the
second focusing on the brand's "healthy indulgence" dining and the
third highlighting an elevated sleep experience.
The campaign's tagline, "For Those Who Want It All,"
puts the emphasis on Equinox Hotels' positioning as a luxury "360-degree
lifestyle travel experience."
The first Equinox hotel is scheduled to open in June in the
Hudson Yards development on Manhattan's West Side. The hotel will have a
60,000-square-foot fitness center, Equinox's largest.
