Nikki Beach Hospitality Group has announced plans to bring a resort and branded residential project to Marrakech, Morocco.
Slated to open in 2028, the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech will be located roughly 20 minutes from Marrakech Menara Airport.
Plans call for more than 100 accommodations, ranging from 485-square-foot guestrooms to a 5,400-plus-square-foot Celebration Suite.
On the residential side, the project will feature more than 50 villas, each with a private pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and garden.
Food and beverage offerings will include an all-day dining venue, a signature restaurant and outdoor bars as well as a beach club. The beach club will be anchored by a main pool with floating platforms and pool beds, and will also feature sunken bars, an upper-floor restaurant, a DJ booth, a stage area and two retail outlets, including a Nikki Beach lifestyle boutique with branded merchandise.
The property will also be home to a wellness center with hammams, saunas, steam rooms and therapy rooms, and an underground sports complex, with an approximately 5,400-square-foot gym, yoga studios, squash courts, a private cinema room and a golf simulator.
Additional amenities will include outdoor tennis and padel courts, and The Reef kids' club, which will provide programming for younger guests.
Nikki Beach currently has resorts in Koh Samui, Thailand; Dubai; and Santorini and Porto Heli, Greece; with new projects in Antigua; Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates; Baku, Azerbaijan; and Muscat, Oman in the pipeline.
