Nobu Hospitality has added an Abu Dhabi project to its pipeline of properties, announcing plans to debut the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Abu Dhabi in 2026.

The 165-room hotel will be located on Saadiyat Island, which is approximately a seven-minute drive from downtown Abu Dhabi. The island is home to the Louvre Abu Dhabi art museum and Manarat Al Saadiyat cultural center, among other attractions.

The Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Abu Dhabi announcement comes amid a flurry of expansion activity for Nobu Hospitality, which recently opened an Atlanta hotel and plans to debut properties in Marrakech, Morocco; Atlantic City; Rome; and San Sebastian, Spain, in the next year.

Nobu Hospitality currently has 15 hotels operating worldwide. This will be the brand's first in the United Arab Emirates.
