Kerzner International is bringing its One&Only brand to the French Alps, unveiling plans to open a new property in the luxury resort destination of Courchevel 1850.

On track to debut in 2030, the property will be built at the site of the historic Courcheneige Hotel, within Les Trois Vallees ski area.

The resort will contain a mix of guestrooms, suites and branded private homes, and offer ski-in/ski-out access to the Bellecote slope.

Additional amenities will include multiple dining and bar venues and a wellness facility with an indoor/outdoor wet circuit, thermal experiences, private treatment rooms and post-ski recovery-focused programming.

Additional details on the project are expected to be released at a later date.

While the property will mark One&Only's first European alpine property, it's set to be the brand's second mountain destination overall, following the opening of the One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana late last year.
