Reservations are being accepted at Belle Mont Farm, the first phase of accommodations in the $600 million Kittitian Hill development on the north coast of St. Kitts.
Belle Mont Farm, a collection of 84 guesthouses and seven four-bedroom farmhouses set within a 400-acre farm, will open on Dec. 12.
Guesthouses have opening verandahs, private infinity pools, and views of the Caribbean Sea and nearby islands. Opening rates start at $800 per night, double, including breakfast. Commission is 10%.
Rates also include access to Kittitian Hill's YU Lounge at the airport and transfers by chauffeur to the property.
Guests booking stays before Jan. 31 will have access to unlimited golf at the Irie Fields Golf Course.
Facilities include the Great House with the Kitchen restaurant, the Mill bar and the Wellness Center. The nearby Golden Lemon Inn at Dieppe Bay offers a seafood restaurant, beach club and bar.
Future phases of Kittitian Hill will include the Mango Walk Spa; the Table restaurant and its adjoining Red Rum bar, and the Village, which will be the heart of the development.
Eateries and shops will complement art galleries, artisan workshops, a film school and an open-air cinema. The Golden Lemon Inn will offer accommodations in 2015.
